Megan was a fantastic person to meet and walk this dental journey with. She was professional, knowledgeable, and clear each step of the way. Thankful for her guidance and work.

The smell of the facility was awfully strong, thick with air fresheners and cleaning products, chemically base and able to cause migraines for sensitive folks like me. The billing lady from up front is one of a kind! She was observant, considerate and truly kind! She went above and beyond to make me more comfortable and will always be remembered fondly. The dentist assistant, that was training another, was also note worthy. I can see why she was selected to for the roll. She was very sweet, thorough and informative. She also took additional effort to address my evident anxieties. The dentist was gentle and fast which is the best I could ask for. However I was put off when offered to be sent home with glue, to fix my own cap, at home, when I was already there, with insurance and missing time from work for an emergency appointment and ample work to address. I will be back to finish the work needed, with a nose plug and hope to see the same wonderful people again.

Nice office, comfortable. Everybody was great, but I didn’t get treated. I went it for their $99 special. Got x-rayed and examined but no cleaning. Not even a basic one. Apparently, I need well over $4,000 worth of a deep cleaning. I’m glad I was made aware, but they could’ve at least cleaned my teeth. I would’ve been fine with a basic clean to start with. I appreciate their professionalism, but they shouldn’t advertise a special with X-rays, exam and a cleaning if they won’t clean it due to calculus. I could see if it was extreme. I don’t even have that much. I will be going elsewhere for my dental work.

Within the last year there has been a dramatic shift in the quality of service. My partner has been coming here for years, and myself for two. Suddenly they’ve been pushing Invisalign at any chance. My partner went in for a cracked tooth and a fix wasn’t offered unless they considered Invisalign. A dentist should know *at minimum* that Invisalign should not be used with people who have complex orthodontic conditions such as undescended teeth. On my last visit the newer female dentist (who took over for another dentist that left-without any communication to established patients) insisted on filling several β€œcavities” which were previously determined to be depressions that should be monitored. The resulting appointment took THREE AND A HALF HOURS for fillings as the dentist kept leaving mid-appointment to work on several other patients at the same time. To which, she forgot to shave down one of the fillings causing me to come in two more times for adjustments. When I came back for the initial adjustment I was told β€œI see no problem” even after explaining that floss shreds between two teeth because the filling was still so sharp. To this day, months later, I still cannot fully bite do

I cannot recommend Dr. Lexi enough! Taking a child to the dentist can be a stressful experience, but she was absolutely wonderful with my daughter. She was patient, kind, and explained every step of the cleaning process in a way that made my little one feel totally comfortable and safe. The office is incredibly welcoming to kids, and knowing we have a dentist so close to home who truly knows how to work with children is such a relief. Thank you, Dr. Lexi, for making our visit a breeze!
